1. Program Objective

The Datta Referral Program aims to encourage the generation of new business opportunities through an open network of collaborators, partners, and contacts within the professional ecosystem.

This program seeks to accelerate the acquisition of new clients for the Datta platform, maintaining a scalable and financially sustainable growth model.

The program is open to the public and allows any person or company to refer potential clients to Datta under the conditions established in this policy.

2. Commission Structure

The referral commission corresponds to the equivalent of one month's subscription of the contracted plan, considering the effective monthly value of the plan chosen by the client.

The commission is paid only once per referred client.

3. Conditions for Commission Payment

For a referral to be eligible to receive the commission, the following conditions must be met:

1. Business contact introduction

The referrer must present Datta with a valid contact from a potential client company, including:

  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Position
  • Corporate email
2. Business meeting generation

The referrer must facilitate or coordinate a business meeting between the Datta team and the potential client.

3. Meeting participation

The referrer must participate in the first introductory meeting together with the Datta sales team.

4. Contract signing

The commission will only be paid if the referred company:

  • Signs a contract with Datta.
  • Formally subscribes to a platform plan.
  • The company pays for the contracted plan.
5. Client activation

The commission payment will be made once the client has completed the contracting and plan activation process.

6. New client

The commission applies exclusively to new clients who are not previously registered in Datta's database or commercial pipeline.

4. Referral Protection

The contact presented by the referrer will remain associated with said referrer for a period of 90 days from the date of introduction.

During this period, the referrer will be entitled to receive the commission if the referred client completes the contracting of a plan with Datta.

This ensures that the person who generates the business opportunity is recognized for their contribution.

If the client does not complete the contracting within the 90-day period, the lead may be released and managed through other commercial channels.

5. Referral Protection Example

Let's assume the following scenario:

1. On April 1st, a referrer introduces company AA as a potential Datta client.

2. The referrer coordinates and participates in a business meeting with the Datta team.

3. The lead is registered and protected for 90 days, that is, until June 30th.

If company AA:
  • Signs a contract on May 20th → the referrer receives the commission.
  • Signs a contract on June 15th → the referrer also receives the commission.
  • Signs a contract on July 10th → the commission no longer applies automatically, as the protection period has expired.

6. Payment Method

The commission payment will be made once:

  • The client has signed their contract
  • The client has formally subscribed to the plan
  • The activation process has been completed

Payments will be made in accordance with Datta's administrative and financial policies.

7. First Referrer Principle

Only the first valid referrer who introduces the contact of a potential client company will be recognized.

In the event that multiple people refer the same company, only the first registration received by Datta will be considered valid.

8. Transparency and Tracking

Datta will maintain an internal record of referred leads and the status of each business opportunity, ensuring transparency and traceability in commission assignments.

9. Program Modifications

Datta reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend the conditions of the Referral Program at any time, notifying participants in a timely manner.
